Bluetooth Smart Technology Takes Pictures from Your Wrist

SmartMobilAccessoire, a French startup, is designing a new device called the Biiwatch. The Biiwatch uses Bluetooth® Smart technology to control your iPhone camera to take video or pictures. It looks like a watch but only has two buttons—one to shoot photos or videos and one to switch between the two. The video of a kid at the skateboard park looked like an interesting use case. The kid gets the application set up on the phone and then positions the phone wherever he wanted it. Then using the Biiwatch, he took photos and video of himself doing his tricks that he watched back later. You can also use the Biiwatch to avoid asking other people at your tourist destination to take your picture. Now you can do it yourself.
