I have a dog. Her name is Yo-Yo and she is a Pomapoo. She is 10 pounds and a bundle of energy; however, she is a couch potato. All she does is sleep during the day and cuddle in at night—or so I think. A new product, Whistle, will give me a clear picture of what she really does during the day or night—out carousing the neighborhood or throwing parties in the garage. It uses information including weight, age, breed and location to provide insight into your dog’s habits. It gathers walking, playing, resting and people time data. Whistle sends the information via Bluetooth Smart technology so I can get a clear picture of her activity, rest and health on my smart device. I can even set goals for Yo-Yo to help create healthy habits so we don’t get admonished by the vet for being 1/3 of a pound overweight.
