Another two days, another awesome event. We wrapped up Bluetooth Europe and what can we say but “wow!” Bluetooth Europe inspired, empowered, taught and connected more than 225 attendees to the future of Bluetooth technology.
There were some awesome discussions from an incredible speaker line up. Simon Drabble, director of product creation at Adidas, showed how Bluetooth Smart is changing the way teams and athletes train and perform. The people from TobyRich GmbH, Prashant Baibhav and Ulrich Ditschler, talked about how Bluetooth Smart is enabling the next generation of smartphone gadgets including R/C planes and voice-activated lights.
Dr. Kate Stone of Novalia was a big hit. Novalia was a Bluetooth Breakthrough Award finalist in 2013. Dr. Stone spoke how Novalia’s technology makes it possible to add digital interactivity and Bluetooth connectivity to virtually any printed material. For example, a printed poster could transmit information straight to your smartphone. It was inspiring to hear from someone whose childhood fascinations turned into her passion and job.
Bluetooth World, Bluetooth Asia and Bluetooth Europe were meant to bring people together to share ideas on technology and innovation. As we enter the last quarter of 2014, we are excited to see what interesting products and applications become a part of our Bluetooth world.
"The speed networking kicked off several discussions...I'm very positive about this valuable segment of the event," said Johan Jeppsson, Broadcom.
"We found this event VERY well organized and professional. Scheduled meetings & the Executive Speed Networking session were extremely positive and a great way to meet new contact. GOOD JOB," said Rubi Elbirt, Perytons Ltd.
