[ BlueSoleil telling me I have been the victim of unauthorized duplicates ]

I purchased my dongle in November last year and it has been working perfectly until today when I got the following message: You may be a victim of unauthorized duplicates. The issue is normally caused by the illegal duplication of Bluetooth Device Address and license key, this copy of BlueSoleil is therefore not eligible to receive the full range of upgrades and product support. It is running in evaluation mode now and only 2MB data can be transferred. And then my internet is disconnected. This happens every 10mins or so. Infact it has taken me ages to get this posted on here because of this!.   This makes no sense as I purchased my dongle & CD and installed it. Why do I now have to purchase it again? I have been trying to get answers to this on this website, but this website is very poor to say the least, an example of this is the "contact us" link which just shows a picture and provided no information what so ever. Apparently because I am using BlueSoleil 5.4.277.0 I can upgrade FREE to version 7 and this problem will be over. Yet I cannot download version 7 from the website because BlueSoleil keeps disconnecting me before the download is anywhere near complete and I therefore lose the download and have to start again.   This is absolutely rediculous! I have already purchased this program and it has worked fine for months. I see no reason why I have to purchase the program AGAIN!

Update. &nbsp; I've been able to update to version 7 (downloaded from this very website). Yet I keep getting the same message pop up and get disconnected but now instead of it being every 10 mins it's now every 3 or 4 mins! I reconnect and click 'activate' and there is already an activation code there, so I click 'ok' but nothing happens and I get the evaluation copy expired message and get disconnected again 10 mins later. &nbsp; Why is this happening?

Another update

I have downloaded the activation tool from this website. I put my serial number into the tool, clicked 'get activation information' and copy and pasted the URL into my internet browser. But then I get the message:

"System Message: Your SN is invalid. Please confirm and try again".

Why is this happening? Why is my serial number not valid? I am really getting sick of this problem. It also appears that nobody replies to any posts about issues on here, which is very frustrating!

Also this website doesn't work 99% of the time. Whenever I click "reply" or "post" it just doesn't work. I have to keep refreshing the page and start over again. The same happens when I try and clear activation record. It has taken my over an hour to post this reply!!!!!

Yet another update:

I tried to clear activation record, but I get the message:

No such record, please check your Order ID/Transaction ID and Serial Number.

Even though the information I entered (Serial number & security code) was correct!

This is just rediculous!!!!

The selection of a contact or non contact all kinds of sensor depends on your application.
