Please send email to support@bluesoleil.com , they will send you tools to trace data.
From your description, i guess it may be Pair issue. Although it shows pair successfully in BlueSoleil UI, but it is actually not in the phone. Please try to initiate the pair procedure in the phone side.
We met this issue with some andriod phones. It it the andriod bug.
Please tell the supportor your phone model.
