[ upgrade from bluesoliel 6 version to version 8 shows evaluation copy ]

i have a bluetooth dongle and it came with a cd which had bluesoliel 6 software. Now i downloaded version 8 from this site where it states that it is free for user with version 6 and above. But when i install it shows evaluation copy with a limit of 2mb. Why is it so and how can i get round this problem..? Thanks in advance

BlueSoleil 8 and 6 do have the same license strategy. If you dongle can work well with BS6, it will work the same way in BS8. BS8 is BS6+ BT3.0 function. Please send email to sales@bluesoleil.com and they may give you tools to trace some log this will help to solve you problem.

And about the issue of SN。 Please make sure your system time is correct. you can aslo ask for help from sales@bluesoleil.com. If it still can not work, you can ask for refund,
