[ Upgrade From bluesoleil 6 to version 8 ]

Hi,

I bought Dongle from third party long time ago and I have bluesoleil 6 Serial number. I would like to upgrade to bluesoleil 8. Can somebody shed light on this.

I deleted version 6 and downloaded 8 then installed it. After that i entered the key [which i got with version 6] but it says invalid key :( please somebody help me.

I sent email to support@bluesoleil.com and sales@bluesoleil.com but did not receive any reply.

it clearly says version 6 users get FREE access to latest version but they never say how to do it.

Chris Add new friend Join Date:2009/12/26 Location: United States of America Posts:0	Posted at 2011-05-24 07:46:36 The way I did it was to first reset my serial number by clicking the "Clear Activated Record" link in the sidebar on the main page under "Order Management". I followed the instructions then used the offline activation tool on my serial number. Be sure you have the latest version of bluesoleil installed first. Hope this helped. Chris.
