[ License Scam? ]

I recently bought a UD100-G03 from Amazon UK. A Windows license was supposedly included but when I ran the installation disc I got a message telling me the software was for evaluation purposes and would expire in 30 days.

Here's the Amazon page ...  https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0161B5ATM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Have I been scammed?

Thank you.

If it had been $10, I'd say you got scammed.  For 35 pounds, I would give it a chance before assuming you got scammed.

Blue Soleil support sucks, so this might take some work.  I've always just purchased BS licenses.

Here are some thoughts:

1.  If you don't plan on doing any BT programming, you probably don't even need Blue Soleil.  Most bluetooth dongles are capable of working with different BT stacks (MicroSoft, Widcomm, Toshiba).

2.  What version of Blue Soleil came on the disc?

3.  Have you activated your license?

4.  Here's some tool that might help.

Many Manhattan's most well off café participants were betrayed with a steak Eric Brahms Credit Card blade by their own personal servers, who subtly duplicated their high-limit AmEx cards and gave the information to an extortion ring that burned through huge number of dollars at upscale retailers, specialists said yesterday.
