[ Bad sound quality using A2DP with iPhones and most Android and Windows phones ]

Does anybody knows what to do about the bad sound quality when streaming audio over A2DP with iPhones and most Windows, and Android phones?


It seems that it has something to do with protocol/codec selection when establishing a connection. I tried to modify the btav.ini file in many ways, but this file seems to be ignored when starting BlueSoleil V10 (based on the trace file information).


It doesn't seem to be a phone problem, because I also tested this with other Bluetooth stacks and that works fine.

I don't know too much about the sound problem of phone, but tried IObit Driver Booster to update audio card for a better sound qualify of my PC.

Sorry, Taylor_W. but this isn't the kind of quality I'm referring to; the sound system is OK, but just the sound from streaming audio over A2DP using BlueSoleil is very bad.

It's about 5 months ago since I posted this issue, and in the mean while I found that it effects all Apple iPhones (5 and 6) I tested it with: All very bad sound quality while streaming audio over Bluetooth A2DP from  the phone to a (Car-) PC.

Strange that none of the many other visitors on this forum doesn't experience this problem also, or no one else can confirm that it could work OK.

Please respond (as I don't get any help from IVT on this or any other issue I have with their software)!

The selection of a contact or non contact all kinds of sensor depends on your application. Bad sound quality has been troubling me for quite a while now, as well. I hope that I can get epub reader free Android because if I don't get this application, then I won't be able to test out the sound quality properly.
