[ BlueSoleil 8.0.338.0 doesn't install on Win 7 64bit ]

I bought BlueSoleil 8.0.338.0 and it is not installing on Win 7 Enterprise 64bit. Get the same error message like many others in this forum: "The program can't start because svrpack.dll is missing from your computer". Anybody out there who finally can make a statement, whether WIn 7 64bit will be supported or not? If so, what's the trick to get the installation process fixed?

I´ve installed it without problems. Try the compatibility mode option (right click on the setup file).

If you had a previous version installed, you may need to clean your registry from its pieces.

Try to uninstall all BS-related software, then use something as CCleaner to refine your registry. You may also use free software called defragler to finaly get your registry defragmented and the whole PC working better.

Then reinstall BluesSoleil and Im almost sure it will work for 100%.

Trust me, it is fully compatible with W7x64.

Personally I have installed it many times on it and never got an error.

 Bluesoleil does not work on Windows 7 64 bit Dell vostro 1720

I purchased a copy of BlueSoleil version : BlueSoleil8.0.356.0 and installed it as instructed on my Dell vostrol 1720. It loads OK but it does not detect my Motorolla S9 headset.

I tried to get support and was given help to resolve the problem but nothing that BlueSoleil suggested worked.

Bluetooth hardware is a USB 2.0 Wireless Bluetooth Dongle Adaptor 2.4G Antenna

The BlueSoleil starts and recognises the notebook.

The S9 starts but BlueSoleil will not detect or pair.

The S9 will pair with my iPhone so the S( is functioning.

In the end I asked for a refund as the product did not work and it was refused.

I recommend folks do not get caught as I was as there is no option for a refund if the product fails to work.

Without all the drivers’ installation, a system cannot do proper work. Just like without motherboard, we are unable to use easy-essay.org website. Because logging in of system is essential for accessing all content. Thanks for sharing the details about the vendor too of this software.

BlueSoleil: can not start usb Bluetooth device after windows re-installation.


I have :
- windows 7 Ultimate 64 fresh installation (with installed current updates)
- USB device B- speech data stream :
USB\VID_0A12&PID_0001&REV_4839
Adres 00000001
Drvier key {9b21fd3a-b1ab-4eb9-956f-e56acfe78bce}
Connector ID {bce876be-0b60-11e0-87cf-00221515f84f}
- BlueSoleil 8.0.338.0 installed (I am BlueSoleil 6 user,)
- USb device is installed on BlueSolei drivers.

This USB device was working correctly on BlueSoleil 6x and old windows 7 64 Ultimate installation.


Problem details:

After windows full re- installation and using BlueSoleil 8.0.338.0 there is problem: BlueSoleil is not able lunch USB device.
Before BlueSoleil installation USB BT device was working correctly on Windows generic drivers ( I was able to connect BT headset).
